Sari M. Friedman is a North Shore attorney, mother of two, with more than twenty years of experience in the law. She was admitted to the New York State Bar February 1981. Friedman obtained a BA in 1977 from Hofstra University, then attended Hofstra University School of Law. She graduated with honors as a member of Law Review. From 1980 to 1984, Friedman clerked in the Appellate Division Second Department, developing special expertise in appellate litigation. In 1984, she entered private practice, primarily concentrating on matrimonial andfamily law matters. Sari has written and published many articles on matrimonial and family law issues. She also lectures frequently and has been interviewed on radio and television on matters concerning divorce, custody, visitation and child support. She has helped defend the rights of both mothers and fathers during divorce, custody disputes, and other matrimonial issues.
